Happy customer. I have used Sugru on three separate repairs now. The first was to plug a hole in a water butt. The 'putty' was easy to mould and form a blank plug whose edges extended over the inside and outside surfaces at the site of the 2cm-wide hole. So far there has been no leaks around the repair, but bear in mind that there is only a little water pressure near the top of the barrel. The other two repairs were to attach broken handles to the lid of a soup bowl and to the glass lid of a wok. So far, both of these repairs are holding. The substance only comes in small, foil-sealed packs - to prevent large, unused quantities from 'going off' once exposed to the air, I presume - and they're not cheap. However, I've yet to find an alternative that has the versatility of this material.

I love Sugru. I have been a fan of it since its early days before it got bought by this company. It honestly is my go-to product for all the little DIY fixes. I still have items I fixed with Sugru going strong several years later, even after being washed in the dishwasher and even used in the microwave. My only complaint is that the portions in each pack have got smaller with time and the price keeps going up.

I find sugru great but stressful. Purchased it after seeing it on Instagram and realising it was exactly what I was after. The short of it is that it does the job and it does it well. It is easy to use, it's like playing with playdoh and you shape it as you wish and leave it to set and cure. I left it for more than what it stated and it worked perfectly. Now, my stress with this comes from the fact that once it's out, it starts to harden so I have found it difficult to keep it workable. It seems as if it works best when you know you will use the whole of it in the sachet so you don't have to worry about re-sealing it. I have tried resealing sachets to mixed results. Not sure what the issue is but it's like once it's touched by air, it's never the same.

Best product to solve all your smaller broken bits around the house or save things before they get to breaking point.

Fantastic product and so many colours! I wish they'd do smaller sizes as sometimes i need to fix smaller things. Depending what you're using it for. They are individually sealed and last for a long time.

Sugru is a staple our the house for any kind of adhesive or rubber shape job. This pack had a shelf life of 1 year remaining. After that it cures more slowly. There is a way to make larger quantities of something similar yourself for pennies but its nowhere near as convenient.

I do love sugru I use it very often. But it doesn’t always stick to everything even on the clean surface sometimes doesn’t want to stick or bond to another surface.

This is quite good stuff, its like blue tack to work with which helps when your applying it to cables ect. It does take a while to harden, the cable ive strengthened has taken around 15 hours to set. Each pack is single use and the colours are nice and bright so it would also be good for crafts and decoration.

Have bought it before - can’t get it in NZ at the moment so will be using wisely as it’s so good!

I haven’t used this just yet but expected more product. You don’t really get a lot for $20+. Hopefully it works well!

Love this product. Have loved it since it was first invented. Works great for everything I use it for.
