Joining the recycle brigade
Batteries are starting to become expensive. When you have as many remotes as I do it becomes prohibitively so. I had been considering rechargeable but until recently I didn’t feel that they were truly an advantage. New technology makes rechargeable more viable now then the old style and I have begun changing over all my battery requirements. From AAA to D cells and also button cell batteries for key fobs. You can now get them all. Slightly more expensive than their expendable buddies, but before long all batteries will be rechargeable so I am glad I started the process now.

A well-known brand which beats other market-leaders on price.
These were bought to replace the original ones in our aging BT8600 Quad phone handsets. The packaging states "Pre-Charged". That is only 50% correct as all four handsets are now being charged. How one can answer Amazon's survey about 'longevity' within 30 minutes of installing the batteries is difficult to comprehend.

Bislang halten die Akkus was in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Es ist ja fast schon ein Suchspiel Akkus mit gewöhnlicher Leistung von 700 bis 800 mAh zu finden.
