First of anything Aryuvedic is seriously effective. I purchased this for my mother's RA. She applies this oil to her joints and even when she is in severe pain, this will take the pain down immensely. This is formula is made with highly effective exotic herbs and oils that actually permeate the skin, muscle and right down into the bone. If anyone is looking for something that would help with muscle or joint pain... this is the ticket.
