Uso la Beta-Alanina della Olimp da un po' e i risultati si sentono, soprattutto nelle sessioni di allenamento più lunghe e intense. Queste "Mega Tabs" sono molto comode e garantiscono un ottimo dosaggio. Aiuta molto a sentire meno la fatica muscolare (il classico bruciore) permettendo di fare qualche ripetizione in più. Tipico della Beta-Alanina di qualità è il leggero formicolio post-assunzione, segno che il prodotto è attivo. Olimp si conferma una garanzia per chi cerca integratori sportivi seri. Consigliata!
