How many mg of progesterone per ounce? 450mg or 1000mg?

I can't remember exactly, but it's closer to 450-480 mg per ounce.

I wonder if it makes a difference to get a cream that makes the progesterone from soy (known to mimic estrogen) vs the yam based versions. Thoughts?

After talking to a doctor, He said soy will increase estrogen, not progesterone. He said our bodies don't need estrogen usually, nearly like progesterone. That's why I ordered this product, and stopped taking soy and estrogen. I like the product.

Life saver. I am in my menopause and this cream has helped me like anything. It takes care of night sleep, night sweats, anxiety and feeling grounded. It has really helped me in my exercise adding to my strength and mobility and am now able to peacefully do my two strength trainings a week, one low intensity interval training and yoga. Earlier I for more than year I had to give up interval training and was not able to regularly do my strength training. Even mood swings are under control.
