Good glue

a good glue that gets the job done. if you are just starting out, or getting back in to the hobby. there are other glue/cement's that can do the job but, for ease of use cant be beat! the smell is not as strong as in the old days,but there is some fumes, use a fan or fume hood if the smell is a bit more than you like. depending on the temperature where you live it may take longer to set than normal Pro's : 2 pack : price : applicator tips for more precise cement control Con's : smell : low temperatures can make the cement take longer to cure.

After 50 years I decided to try building a plastic model from those kits like we had when we were kids. The ol' Testor's works the same as it did years ago but for some reason I don't think it's as thick and adhesive initially as it was back then.

This glue is expensive but it really works well on 3D filament prints, e.g. on PLA. I use it all the time. Unlike Crazy Glue that works if the surfaces are really flat, this Testors glue works on rougher surfaces, filling in the gaps. ONLY buy Testors. I bought others that say they do similar jobs (for making plastic models), but those brands do NOT work.

Testors is a very good model cement and I have used it for many years and is one of the best glues around

My grandson wanted to build a model and after the purchase of the model, glue was the first requirement and the 2 pack was a great way to start him off. No problems and a few hours of fun for him.
