I don't fully understand your question, but I am guessing you want to know if you need all three sets in order for your hair to grow? I used all three and it has helped my hair. I saw some growth although I do have a medical condition, my hair tends to grow really slow. Still, I noticed a change in length. You get the shampoo, conditioner, a serum, and a small free roll on tube for eye lashes, eye brows and facial hair if you are a man. I hope I understood and answered your question. This stuff lasted me for about a couple of months or so and my hair has grown down to my ears. I would say it depends on how fast your hair grows and to only trim a small amount off the ends ( half of an inch) every 4 to 6 weeks. You might need no more than 2 sets, but again you have to see how fast your hair grows after the first set.

I’m seeing alot that it dries your hair out. Would you reccomend buying something with these to keep it silky? If so, What?
