OK so I'm very happy that I got this because it really does make my jeep easier to drive. I have factory Mopar 3 inch lift on my jk that was installed by dealer when I got the jeep brand new 7 years ago. I feel like it never had much of an issue for several years, but after a few years it kept getting a little more harder to handle. I did upgrade to 35s from 32s a few years ago, and that sure didn't help any. I have tried playing with air pressures and got an alignment to try and help with some of the wondering effects and drift from things like rough road or wind. After installing this stabilizer things are very much easier to drive! Downside is that the wife now wants to drive it again because it's no longer tough for her. However, there is one thing I did encounter that was not all that intuitive during install. It was sold as this mounts right up to factory hardware. And while that is the case, I had to change the position of the hardware by about an inch. Also, the shock came fully extended, so I had to turn my wheel all the way to the left (wife held it in place) while I tightened down the hardware. Again, I wasn't expecting that, but wasn't too hard to figure out. All in all it still took about an hour, and it was the best hour and $160 I've spent on the jeep in ........ ever I think!

This is my 6th stabilizer in the 10 years I've owned my JKU. I wasted a bunch of money on other products. I started off with stock, then Zone, then Rancho Duals, then Old Man Emu, then Bilstein, now Fox. Obviously Zone is trash and Dual's was just dumb. However, I should've ponied up and just bought Fox off the bat. I got this delivered today, installed in about 30 minutes, and took it out for a quick test drive. The steering has never been smoother/tighter in the 10 years I've owned it. I have a bunch of aftermarket components that help with this (also highly recommend Teraflex ball joints), but this stabilizer was the cherry on top. Save yourself time and money down the road and just go with this if you are looking for a true upgrade for your steering.

I have a 2012 JK Rubicon with an aftermarket lift kit. I’ve been driving it and dealing with slop/drift in the steering since getting the lift. Zero drift/slop now! In fact, it’s good and firm on the highway, which is what I wanted. The resistance between the Fox and OEM stabilizer is noticeable which is why, I believe, it handles MUCH better. Haven’t tried it offroad but I’m sure it’s good to go for that. Install is a tad tricky since the bolt nearest the wheel is awkward to get to/out but any basic mechanic like me can overcome that. Existing hardware was reused (as per instructions) and torqued to spec…easiest upgrade for a lifted Jeep, IMO.

Second Jeep I’ve put a fox steering stabilizer on ,stiffened up steering but not to stiff, I put 35in tires on and front end felt a little loose before I put it on. Will probably replace a few more steering components to finish it up . Took 5 min to put in

In 20 minutes I improved my steering dramatically. It feels new again!! Now the big boy tires go where I say not wherever they want! With the Fox brand you know your getting quality parts! Spend a little more for this one and ditch the double!!
