NutraBio Caffeine-free Pre Workout (Dragon Fruit Candy)

Best preworkout I’ve had so far. Taste is the best I’ve had, has a weird aftertaste, but a sip of water or juice fixes that. Although it's stim-free, it still keeps me up for about 6 hours after drinking it. Doesn’t make me jittery, though does still make my palms itch initially. Will buy again.

Ive tried multiple pre-workouts over the years. Caffinate and recently non-Caffinated. I like it because its stimulant free. The taste takes some getting used to, kind of sweet, would be nice if they balanced it with something. I notice if I take this before I start my routine, Ill have tons of energy, Im not sure if its because of creatine or vasodialation, but I get good energy boosts. It does last a long time as well. Really good quality, exactly what I want and no vitamin, or unnecesary fillers, and/or substitute components. Good stuff, and strong, love the Ingredients. I will definitely be trying some more products from this company in the future.

This is by far the best stim free pre-workout I have found. I also prefer to have a zero calorie pre-workout supplement since I do IF, and sometimes will workout while in my fasting period. This was recommended to me by one of my previous CrossFit instructors and we knew what he was talking about. The powder mixes quite easily, but do be aware there will be a little bit of a "Niacin flush"... if you're not used to it, that can throw you. But I like it because I know exactly when the powder is "kicking in" so to speak. I absolutely love the dragonfruit flavor, too... no chalky or fake flavor to speak of. All around fantastic supplement.

I was having a hard time going to sleep using caffeinated pre-workout for my evening workouts so I switched to stim-free. I did a lot of research and liked that this pre-workout contained ingredients that regular PW would contain (L-Citrulline, Creatine, Beta-Alanine, etc.), whereas some stim-free PW would only contain vitamins and other random stuff. Generally it was fine with giving me a little boost, but it gave me really insane eye twitches that was driving me crazy during workouts/throughout my day. I drink a lot of water on a regular basis and it still didn't help. Like other reviewers mentioned, it did cause stomach disruption as well but it didn't bother me too much. The taste is slightly nauseating/makes your breath stink. So I just switched to going to the gym in the morning instead and this is just sitting in my pantry.

5 stars as a whole, but fewer stars on individual categories like ingredients or value. I have been working out since 2009. I used to take the original Jack3d with 1,3dymeth. Trust me when I say this product is far from the strongest on the market. But you know what? I'm not trying to have my heart explode now that I'm 37 years old. Try to find another pre-workout that is caffeine free AND has beta alanine. And if you do find one (which is difficult because many other products consider BA to be a stim, which it's not) then the other ingredients are trash. I do wish some of the other ingredients were a bit higher, rated more towards the efficacious dosages.. beta alanine should be minimum 4grams. Citrulline-Mallate should be 6 grams. Etc etc, so it's not perfect. But even though it's not perfect it absolutely sits at the top of it's class because of how close to the proper doses it has. Want to immediately get wired and itchy? Go buy something with 350mg of caffeine and 3.5g of beta alanine crammed with sugar and proprietary blends where the scoop is pinky nail sized. Want something "clinically" dosed (but still underdosed, ironically) go get pre-kaged or preJym or some other overpriced celebrity endorsed nonsense. Want something that has the itch of beta alanine, a very respectable amount of creatine, BA, CM, and other stuff? Get this. I have a cup of coffee around 1pm, drink this at 2. And by 230 I'm doin it up. 5 stars for this.
