Litter Pearls Tracksless Unscented Non-Clumping Crystal Cat Litter with Odorbond, 7 lb, White, Clear and Blue Crystals

I'm in the final stage of terminal cancer with too much time on my hands! LOL Brushing my bare feet off every time I get out of bed, or finding tracked litter on my sheets had nearly driven me nuts, so I decided to do an experiment and went on a mission to find the very best litter out there! As a cat owner, you already know the many issues cat litter brings, and I was determined to find one that (a) controlled odor, (b) was easy to clean daily, (c) had low/no dust, and, (d) MOST importantly for me - no tracking! I've purchased every single brand I could find, prices being no factor in each one i bought, & each month changed the brand for the best results. Well, let me tell you - THIS IS IT! I have NO more litter in my bed, floors, etc., or stuck to her paws each time she exited the box! (I purchased the "trackless" type of Litter Pearls since this was my main complaint.) It controlled the odor for an entire month, it barely stuck to the "poop" in the box which made it easy to scoop & had little to no dust, the urine absorbed quickly and was also easy to scoop if needed (but is not meant to clump or scoop out - only absorb) and I barely needed to vacuum the floors daily like I have with EVERY other brand of litter! This stuff is awesome! It looks very similar to Pretty Litter but has no urine monitoring feature.I have to admit, it took me months to work down the list, and still have several more brands sitting here, but I'll be donating them to a shelter and NEVER switching from this one in the future! What a delight this product is, and has made my life SO much easier. Again, I did not compare prices, but to find something it actually claims to do is priceless & of no concern for me! If she's still alive when I pass, at least I'll know her foster or permanent human(s) will know what brand I use & hopefully continue to use it too. She's old & can be finicky sometimes, but she took right to the Litter Pearls and had no problems.If I could give it 10 stars, I'd give them ALL to this litter brand - because they definitely nailed it! Bravo!

Amazing at blocking smell. Not great at clumping. I use this product with a clumping litter as well

My cat is very picky about the cleanliness of his litter box so I got him an automatic one a few years back. After searching for the perfect litter, I think I've finally found it.Pros:- Very low tracking. The box is in my bedroom closet and I've only found two crystals in my bed within the past month.- Hides smells very well. I have a quality air purifier right by his box, but I've definitely had bad smells linger longer with other brands of litter.- The crystals are tolerated well by my picky kitty, and even I hardly notice if I step on one that found its way onto the nearby carpet.Cons(ish):- Not perfect at absorbing urine. My cat takes very large pees and I have yet to find a crystal litter that actually absorbs it all. My solution is an absorbant pad at the bottom of the box to cut down on scrubbing with each change.- It's on the expensive side as litter goes, but it's about how much I paid for his last litter brand, so I really can't complain.If you're looking for a low tracking crystal litter that sensitive-toed kitties will use, this is the best I've found so far.

I have tried various cat litters, from clay to crystals. This is similar to Pretty Litter if your cat likes Pretty Litter can be an alternative. Clay litters do have a lot of dust which I was trying to eliminate or reduce. This and crystals do "reduce" the dust. I ended up back with the crystals. I have five cats and the crystals just seem to last longer with daily scooping. I can't say odor control was any different with any of them. I scoop daily. The longer the litter is in the box the worst the odor on all.

My cat likes this, which we know is most important variable. It reduces smell and mess, so I will keep buying it for my fastidious queen.

We had been buying Tidy Cats Clean Paws Low Tracking litter, then saw this lightweight litter that stated it was also a "low tracking" litter. It is not. I see that it tracks just as much as the Tidy Cats "Clean Paws" litter, and then when you accidentally step on a piece that you missed sweeping up it shatters into about 10 more pieces... And, when our cat uses the litter box the sound of this silica litter is very loud. We are lucky to have a stalwart cat that is game to try out new litters. This litter has only made it two weeks before we (humans + cat) are throwing the litter in the trash and trying a different "low tracking" brand.

Omg if you don’t want your house to smell like cat poo n pee get this sand! It really does absorbs the bad smells. My only wish it was a bigger bag so I don’t have to change as often. I have 2 cats and one bag lasts me 2 months. But that’s because I stretch it a little. I know when to change when the white beeds are no longer blue.

I purchased this because I use the "Forever Litter Tray", and I was desperate for litter but "Just the Crystals" was not available at Amazon. I had hoped that this product would be a comparable alternative but unfortunately, I found that it is NOT!Personally, I own the ScoopFree litter box so that I have to deal with the litter box and kitty poop less, but after I began using this litter I noticed that the litter box required my attention on a daily basis! My main complaint is that the crystals are way too large (about 3 times too large) for the ScooopFree sifter and a majority of the litter ends up under the lid that hides the poop, rendering it useless and unused. Despite daily maintenance, my home stunk, a lot of unused litter was wasted, and the litter box required a complete cleaning due to pee being stuck to the bottom of it.I am not the only one who hated this litter... My cat hated the stuff! She, who is Siamese and characteristically vocal to begin with, complained more than normal (giving me a headache), and even refused to use the litter box at times. She resorted to peeing next to the litter box and even used an empty card board box, which she had previously enjoyed napping in.This crystal litter may work for a traditional litter box as an alternative to traditional clay litter or clumping litter, but I don't know - so this is the only reason that I didn't give it a one star rating. As for its use with the ScoopFree litter box, I don't recommend it!

I will never go back to any other type of litter! Urine smell? GONE. My cats had zero issue with transitioning from clumping litter to this. Filled two large litter boxes with one bag, and it lasted 6 weeks before I had to change it out! Fabulous product.

Great product so light highly recommend this product for all cat owners love it

The litter is pretty good, it does a good job at trapping odour and it's dust free. However the crystals are big so when the cats use the litter it's very loud and they don't seem as comfortable using it because the crystals are less comfortable for their paws. I also found that it still tracks around the house maybe a little less but not a big difference. Once the bag was finished I ordered the same brand in the finer crystals and they seem to like that one more!

I bought this to try after purchasing Pretty Litter on a subscription which I found to be very expensive and inconvenient because who can determine when you need a fresh bag of litter? The once a month deliveries never seemed to come soon enough and the expense was high. At least with this litter, you can order as often as you need it and it comes the next day. Since I am an Amazon Prime member, I get my shipping free on other things, why not the cat's litter? That was enough justification to switch but there were other reasons as well. My cat seems to like it just as much as the Pretty Litter and I am happy that I can order what I need whenever I need it. I am sure it is very similar in performance but I guess it's too early to tell yet. The litter eventually turns yellow, especially if you don't stir it up every day. It certainly is a more pleasant way to scoop and it eliminates any odor right away. They say you should change it completely every month--but I will be changing it every two weeks. I don't like my cat to have a so-so litter box--we like it to be very clean. it is so much better than clay litter and very light weight.

I went back to clay-based. Bad choice. Back to stay!
