I've tried this to replace 10 supplements i take (i have anemia and I'm a vegetarian) but I'd rather take them separately, I'll have a better control.

On my 2nd bottle and I have to state wow! For my older ladies like me,These have the health fuel you need. I have been using another brand for almost a decade they were already pricey women's once a day for $26 + tax but they increased the price to $30 some sites are $30+ just alot for me because I take alot of different vits,protein powders,and superfoods veg powders. After looking at reviews I decided to purchase and the price is amazing. They actually offer the same vit mixture of the more pricy brand I was buying. It does have some fillers I was on the fence about. I have to tell you these give me the same energy and nutrients I need. I can definitely tell the difference. I was out of town,left these behind and the 3rd day without I could tell the difference! Yes that fast. Doesn't bother my blood sugar or MY hypertension. These are one of those finds ladies a diamond in the rough. I'm asking the seller PLEASE keep these affordable. Merchants love to up prices without a moment's notice and the subscribe option is great. I don't have to manually go reorder I have so much going on I tend to forget. Men can also take these my twin brother asked if I had any vits while he visited, my family is big on health. Hes a trainer so is my mom & nutritionist. She actually taught me what to look for in vits and they should be taken at night. Makes sense buy the time you wake they are in your system and you are ready for your day! Some people wonder why they lag through work, have problems sleeping. You take in the AM hours after absorbed you have made it through most of your day already. Taking at night literally right before sleep is a game changer! I chose these after reading all the ingredients along with the price point of course. My twin stated how he liked them alot & asked me to purchase them for him. He can care less that they state women vits. He cares about the performance and I have to agree. Don't let the few fillers deter your choice, won't do any harm. Alot of more expensive vits that claim not to have them,all natural etc, the vit quality is very low. You barely get what you need. Its like you are paying for the brand not the quality performance you have to take a few to get what you get from 1 of these tabs.

A good women’s daily vitamin at a lower cost. Doesn’t smell or taste bad. Ingredients seem comparable to other brands.

I'm not a fan of gummy or chewable vitamins so these are perfect. 1 pill daily, no bad aftertaste and they don't cause digestion issues.

A typical once daily all in one vitamin. Pretty sure it's working, as my blood levels have increased in the lacking vitamins. No taste, smell is very minor, easy to swallow tabs.
