Just waste of money. Expired product delivered
It’s totally meaningless product. Don’t buy. It’s work all opposite which mentioned on the product. Zero performance. Fell too much dizziness sleepy stomach upset.

Helps sleep quality!!!
This supplement has given me a very noticeable improvement in my REM and Deep Sleep. I’m not sure why exactly but it seems to have some sort of stress buffering effect or perhaps the brain is ON during the day and then OFF at night. Even when I drink coffee a couple of times a day this supplement helps me get really good REM and Deep Sleep. I take 1-2 capsules morning or early afternoon. My focus is not noticeably higher but sleep quality is definitely showing increase perhaps more research should be done because this product seems to be more of a sleep supplement than a focus supplement which is odd. It probably has beneficial cortisol control which helps with sleep quality later on in the day because cortisol has been effectively managed. Whatever the reason I like it for its very noticeable sleep quality abilities.

I took the first one before I went to bed and the next day I felt more upbeat, less brain fog, moved around more efficiently. I could focus on my work better. That’s only when I took one pill. Definitely a great product.
