Is there supposed to have a safety seal?

I would think there would be a seal on jar when you take off life. I would contact Davis to make sure. They are great products for dogs. I have used chlorhexidine shampoo, spray. Ketoconazole, baking soda shampoo, grease remover. I have cocker spaniel had lot of skin issues and these shampoo were effective.
