Good Quality Cherry Wood for Smoking, large chunks, similarly priced to local retailers
I have used about 3/4 of this bag of cherry wood chunks to smoke meats on my Weber kettle, and thus far I am very satisfied with the results and with the cherry wood flavor that these have imparted. I have used these when smoking beef ribs (plate ribs or dino ribs), pork belly, burger patties and sausages, and chicken thighs most recently. The bag includes a mix of smaller chunks and larger chunks, but don't worry, there are plenty of larger chunks. I have noticed no issues with the quality or dryness of the wood. It burns or smokes well. The price was also in the same ballpark as prices at local retailers, and if that continues to remain the case, I will continue to order Weber wood chunks here online to save the time and gas spent on a trip to the store. (Oh, and one of the features to be rated is "Giftable". I gave that 1 star, as I don't think this is a great gift to give, even to someone who smokes meats regularly. Any grilling or smoking fanatics probably have plenty of wood to use when smoking or grilling, so instead I'd suggest gifting them a grilling accessory.)
