Good vitamins, but over half are stuck to each other (melted together) and I can’t get them out of the bottle. I guess I will wait until November to reorder. I was refunded by Amazon, thankfully. Never had that happen and I order quite a few supplements. Now brand is a favorite, and I feel secure in the quality of these as I have purchased them in the past.

After having been in the hospital back in the summer due to stress and finding out I have adrenal fatigue, it was recommended to me by a friend to take several supplements. One of which was the Gamma E Complex. This in combination with several other supplements including ADRENergize, C-1000, and Tulsi tea have been an extremely helpful combination of supplements to help restore my health. Shortly after being discharged from the hospital, I began suffering symptoms that left my muscles extremely aching, feeling foggy headed, and constantly being out of energy. This is coming from someone who runs 5k's, plays paintball, basketball, and exercises regularly. At the lowest point, I mowed only part of the yard and was so exhausted physically and mentally that I had to stop. Then for 2-3 days afterwards my body felt like it hadn't slept in days, even though I had been sleeping. Including the aching muscles, inability to think clearly, and I even had issues sleeping fully throughout the night. A friend who deals with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and is an RN nurse recommended Gamma E to me. Specifically the NOW brand which has some of the most helpful, and least processed supplements on the market. I started taking this in combination with the other supplements and within a few weeks my aching and fatigue were gone! I did however have to pace myself to still let the body to continue to heal and recover. But waking up I began to feel better with each passing day by following the instructions of taking two capsules (with food) twice a day. I know this worked because when I recently moved for a job and didn't have the means to replenish my order of Gamma-E, my body began to slide back into the fatigue and it's related symptoms. Apparantly this is a long process of recovery so I plan to continue taking this along with the other supplements because they do work fantastically. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

These capsules are super soft, easy to swallow (even for me, Little Miss Gags-on-Every-Pill), and leave absolutely no aftertaste. After about a week of taking them, two a day (following package directions), I'm noticing that my muscles and joints recover faster after exercise and occasionally lifting things too heavy for me. (My husband keeps telling me to wait and ask his help when he's at home, but I'm too impatient for that.) My husband has tried these, too, and after two days, he said he felt a slight improvement in his joints. He's not entirely Mr. Skeptic when it comes to these kinds of products, but he's keen on carefully evaluating anything health-related. So, "slight improvement" is a pretty good endorsement from him. I'll admit that I've watched far too many Dr. Berg videos, but since I fact-check them, I was pretty confident that I should add tocotrienols to my daily vitamins. And, having been very pleased with Now brand products in the past, I figured they were the best choice for me to see if tocotrienols made a difference. So far, even allowing for possible placebo effect, I think these capsules are working well. And, for me, the fact that the capsules are so easy to swallow and - unlike some other Vit E capsules I've tried - these leave zero aftertaste... yes, these get five stars. And we'll keep buying them and taking them daily.
