Love, love, love this balm. I've tried several other balms that were fine, but this is my favorite. It's gentle and has clean ingredients, removes waterproof makeup & sunscreen without having to rub or tug, doesn't cloud or irritate the eyes, and a little goes a very long way - my daughter & I use it daily and a jar lasts us about two months - so it's worth every penny. I'm sensitive to scents and this one is *extremely* light and rinses completely away. I have dry/sensitive skin, my daughter has combo skin, and our faces feel clean but not stripped after using this. It's also a great first step if you double cleanse. Just an excellent product, highly recommend.

I love this cleansing balm because it checks all the boxes for me. I like the cleaner ingredients, the texture, the cleansing ability without feeling too greasy, and the gentle scent that isn’t listed as fragrance. I’m on my second jar, and I haven’t found a reason to switch and I’m à label reader and a price conscious consumer.

I like simple face cleansing routines and this balm does it. It’s easy to apply, just dip your fingers in the pot ( not too much) and rub into your skin and even over your eyes. No stinging and it is easily removed with water. ( Removes all my makeup but I don’t use heavy foundation. ) My skin feels clean but not taut after use. I highly recommend.

This is amazing. Smooth and you wed very little to remove all your makeup. It gives moisture to the skin and is easy to use. Great value for the money. Will be back for more.

This is a great product for removing makeup without drying out your skin. The scent is light and pleasant. The product goes from a solid to an oil once you apply it to your face. I even rub some on my eyes to remove eye makeup and it does not sting my eyes. Rinses off easily.

I recently bought a Clinique cleansing balm on SALE for $33. Same amount, but nowhere near the same price or quality. The best thing about this product is that it works WAY BETTER than any "high end" product. This product is amazing and melts off my waterproof mascara like nothing. 10/10 my new forever cleansing balm.

This balm is wonderful! I only use balms for cleaning my face because it works great and leaves my face feeling soft. It’s wonderful and I love the top that lifts open. So much better than a twist top!
