Will these fit a 2019 Nissan fontier

Yes they fit. I have them on my 2018 Frontier SV Midnight 4x4. No changes from 18-19. Good quality and give a nice stance. Wish I would have gone 2” though.

Is this 1.5” spacers?

Yes. But You can double check the part number (whs025) on the spidertrax website if you're still not sure.
