It WORKS!!!
I use 5 Hour Energy because it's the only energy shot that actually works for me. When I first started using it, I drank it a little sip at a time because I didn't like the taste of the flavor I sampled. I kept waiting to "feel" a boost of energy but didn't notice anything until I got to the gym and started working out. Without realizing it, I was working harder and longer than usual, and didn't feel ready to quit. 2 hours later, I realized it must have been due to 5 Hour Energy! I bought a few more in the grape flavor and put them in the fridge until the next day. I drank one in the morning, slowly again, but noticed it tasted so much BETTER cold. I breezed through the day without feeling the afternoon slump and that was when I figured out how 5 Hour worked.... at least for me. Refrigerate, drink slowly, and feel invigorated without the JOLT, WITHOUT the shakes, and when it wears off, NO SUDDEN FATIGUE!FAN-tastic! And that's what I am...a FAN!!
