will it remove super glue from nails?

I don’t think it will it will remove adhesive residue but takes some elbow grease

Will it work on stickers and price tags?

I have used these on adhesive residue from bandages and and dressing covers over a IV in my arm and it did a great job at removing the adhesive. I would say on the price tags and stickers scrape the paper off and then use the pad to remove the residue left behind.

Are they individually wrapped?

Yes. They work very well and have a long shelf life. I bought these about four years ago and had some left that I gave to a friend a couple months ago and they worked very well for her.
