I absolutely loved every second of this experience. I started casting my bump around 36 weeks pregnant and my son is now 6 months old. Being able to look back at what my body looked (and felt!) like has been so heartwarming and wholesome. Everything is well packaged, and you get a good amount of casting rolls for the price – more than enough to do a full bump cast. It's important to set aside some time beforehand to set up a clean station; we used a plastic dust sheet which turned out to be essential. The plaster dust WILL get everywhere. I'd make sure you're able to top up your water with some warm water as you go along as it does tend to cool quite quickly. It's generally a self-explanatory process, albeit a bit finicky to apply at time, but you get the hang of it. You do have to work quite quickly though as it does start to harden. It's now mostly rock solid and would make an amazing vessel for silicone casting, etc. I will 100% pick up another for my second.

Amazing used this for breasts before surgery loss. It Came out Amazing. Sets quiet quickly. Probably will go over with paris plaster but gets shape brilliantly. Will need lots of bin bags on floor 😂 can get messy.

Did this with my girlfriend, and for most part it went well, good price, easy to use and the bucket can fit two hands easy. The statue will be the size of your hand, the material after cast is soft but will harden up.

My wife and I are very happy with the results of this. Purchased for my wife as a wedding anniversary present just a little bit of fun. Didn’t know how well it would work, as it was middle of the price range. It’s simple enough to make just follow the instructions. When you get to the stage of putting your hands in to make the mould make sure you have something under the container, as it will overflow. Wait 15 minutes, feels like a long time, before taking your hands out. Then mix and pour in the plaster, then 4 hours later peel off the rubbery layer. The plaster is still wet enough to remove any imperfections. Then leave it to air dry for another 36 to 72 hours before sealing or painting.

Pregnancy belly casting was a nightmare for me: first of all it started coming off earlier, didn't dry properly on my belly. Once has been taken off it changed the shape, some parts didnt glue. The general drying tooks 3+ days instead of 24h. Also, its very uneven, rough shapes instead of nice and smooth. Now instead of having a nice memory i have a bunch of rubbish.

Good kit.. does what its meant to. Hard to get perfect mould of baby feet or hands but that's expected when you cant stop them from moving. Woukd recommend

He disfrutado mucho con este producto. Las instrucciones me han parecido sencillas y ha quedado muy bien. Supongo que habrá casos en los que no hayan quedado del todo bien, pero a veces es por no seguir al 100% las instrucciones, o hacer algo como batir la mezcla con batidor eléctrico (desaconsejado ya que mete mucho aire y saldrán burbujas). Después de sacar el molde, queda algo de trabajo perfeccionándolo. Me quedaron algunas bolitas pequeñas, debido a algunas burbujas, pero pude quitarlas sin problema con los palillos que se incluyen. También limé algunas zonas con el torno de manicura que tengo, me fue muy útil. El cuanto a la pintura, como no me convencía o todo plateado o todo dorado, busqué alguna técnica diferente y encontré el "black wash" que básicamente es ponerle pintura negra muy aguada, la cual se mete por todas las arrugas resaltándolas, y después darle toques plateados con una esponja. Para el black wash: pon en un vaso de plástico una medida de pintura negra acrílica y unas cuatro de agua, también una gota de Fairy o gel (esto hace que la mezcla se deslice mejor por las arrugas). Luego, mezcla bien y con un pincel ves aplicando por todas partes, mójalo de más, chorreará un poco, pero es así como debe ser, así llega a todas partes. Yo di dos manos y luego apliqué lo de la esponja con pintura plateada. El dorado lo usé solo para las alianzas. Muy recomendable.

Je suis pas déçue de mon achat ! Simple d’utilisation et à appliquer, sèche plutôt rapidement et il y a largement de quoi faire niveau bandes de plâtre pour faire un buste suffisamment solide afin que cela ne craque pas lorsqu’on le retire de soi. Ils conseillent de mettre du lubrifiant sur la peau avant d’appliquer les bandes mais personnellement j’ai mis de la crème type vaseline et cela a très bien fonctionné !
