Are these tees usga conforming? does it say it on the packaging?

Hi, Yes those tees are with in the USGA standards but it will not say that on the box. Thanks.

Do you place tee in ground wide side forward or wide side facing you?

The tee should be placed in the ground with the side side facing the golfer, in order to eliminate as much resistance to your swing as possible. That also reduces the chance of breaking the tee.
