Are there 2 or 1 controller that comes with it? Does this work with 851 game cartridge?

As pictured, the Retron 5 Hyper Beach Edition DOES come with two controllers. The Retron 5 WILL NOT work with multicarts such as the 851 game cartridge due to how the console operates (ROM from cartridge is dumped to the system).

when will this be back in stock?

It’s hard to say, with the chips shortage it may be a long time, best to go in eBay and see who is selling one used.

Can this play 32x games?

I’m not sureI don’t have any 32x games. It does play sega genesis games just fine.
