Good strop to buy for the $$$
I replaced my old unusable strop with this one. It works really well and it's inexpensive. Now I'm getting unbelievably sharp plane blades with this and some green compound. Strop blade on green - rough - side and finish on smooth side. Great results. Will definitely buy again if this strop gets soaked in the rain like the old one.

Nice strop and good deal.
Very nice strop. And works well. I was hoping for something a tad larger, but is is sufficienlty large and works well. Others I'm sure will think it's plenty large. The compound is also nice to have and to put that final bit of edge and remove the burs. Good quality leather.

The key to sharp!
This is the key to having razor sharp knives, I’ve spent a lot of money on buying sharpeners and never was happy, always thought I was sharpening wrong. I used one of my cheap sharpeners and and then finished it with this, it was hair popping sharp!!! Very pleased with this I use it weekly.

Stroppy Thing
It's just as you expect it to be, think it will last a long time, perhaps a tad expensive coming from America, the exchange rate to Uk not very good (2021) but it works well.

Great product
Great little strop. My knives always come out sharper. It's big enough I'm gonna split er down the middle and glue a smooth side to a piece of wood and a rough side to the other side of the wood. Maker er nice n sturdy.
