My drawer is 2 inches thick. Will the screws be long enough? If not, what kind of screws do these take (metric or not)?

Hi,the screws in the package is not long enough for 2 inches thick,suit for 0.7'' thick.For your drawer,need the screws are M4X55mm.

what size screw driver do you need?

I used one of those bargain multi-tip screwdrivers (that comes with several flat and phillips tips) so I don't the exact size, but if you have one of those, it will do the job.

What is the base measurement of this knob?

Across the front of the knob, the measurement is 1.25 inches. By the way, the knobs look pretty good; I matched them with an Ethan Allen cherrywood desk.

Would this work for .75 inch cabinet thickness?

You can use it, but if the cabinet are big, the handlebar would be good.
