Where can I get a second floor temperature sensor?

Hi First sensor comes with Thermostat , second sensor comes with heat cable , if you need third sensor you can buy it separably ( doesn't have to be Schluter , could be any other brand ) thank you , Global Trade & Distribution

How is the shield or ground conductor in the heat cable supose to terminate at the thermostat? No information with my thermostat addresses that.

It gets connected to the ground wire from the power for the thermostat.
