The powder has too much sand in it to be taken orally. By the time I figured out (delivery time was almost three months) I ended up with 4 packages. I will never buy this product again, and I would not recommend it.

This bhringraj powder is one of a kind...as it's edible quality so atleast it would be safer for use on hair and skin....as these days it's very difficult to find and trust good brands. Also the powder is good ....go for it
