knee support Knee Support with silicone ring, Can be worn on both the right & left knee

Excellent knee support - I used to get knee pain around the patella when running (mostly indoors on treadmills) for more than 30 minutes but since I have used this knee support the pain has stopped. Would highly recommend.

I bought size Large and it's still tight on my thigh. I measured my upper thigh as instructed. This is uncomfortable and aesthetically weird. However, my calve is fine and I'm concerned that if I had ordered XL, the item would be loose. It's frustrating I don't see an option to return it now and have to stick to an expensive thing I don't like. Bear in mind the measurement when you order: if your thighs are kind of bulky, add a couple of centimeters.

Not as good as I hoped it would be.

Caused leg to swell

I have worn this item once and have noticed that the thread has started to come apart, leaving a small hole in the side of the support. I have tried to contact the seller regarding getting this replaced or refunded and I have not heard back.

With out it i could not proceed with my training.

Great brace, not too bulky or heavy but still solid enough support to do everything I need to without any knee issues.

I purchased the Bauerfeind Sports Knee Support after carefully comparing several options. I had ACL reconstruction and a minor meniscus repair in March 2025, completed all of my physical therapy, plus 40 additional sessions because I wanted to make sure I recovered properly. My goal was not to find something that would replace strength or rehabilitation. I wanted additional comfort, stability, and peace of mind during my morning walks and while training my German Shepherd in tracking, obedience, and protection. The Sports Knee Support has exceeded my expectations. It feels secure without restricting my movement, stays in place without constant adjustment, and is so comfortable that I often forget I am wearing it. Whether I am walking on uneven ground, making a quick turn, running, or stopping suddenly, I feel confident with every step. That confidence has been one of the greatest benefits. Instead of thinking about my knee or worrying about the surface beneath me, I can focus on enjoying my walk and working with my dog. It has become as natural and comfortable as putting on a pair of socks before I leave the house. I also recently contacted Bauerfeind customer service regarding an issue with the support. Julia responded very quickly and immediately arranged for a replacement. That level of service confirmed that Bauerfeind not only makes a high-quality product but also stands behind it. This has been an excellent investment in my comfort, confidence, and peace of mind. I am completely satisfied with both the Bauerfeind Sports Knee Support and the customer service I received. I highly recommend it to active individuals looking for a comfortable, dependable, and well-made knee support.
