A treat for backpackers, highly recommended
Bought this as a treat for my son who was heading backpacking for a few days. Easily fit into his bear canister and he declared it was surprisingly delicious, and enough to share few spoonfuls around. All in all another high quality purchase from this line of backpacking foods, priced right too.

Very tasty, but the name is a stretch.
This is very easy to make and taste really good. But don't expect anything that is like real creme brulee. I know that's kind of obvious because it's a backpacking meal. But it's really more like no bake or instant jello cheesecake mix then creme brulee. Having said that, it does taste very good. But it has lots of additives and artificial ingredients and stabilizers.

Solid sweet-tooth soother! Definitely an At Home treat
I bought 2 of these and 2 of the chocolate cheesecake mix as a try out for my long term preps and for those nights I don't want to spend $30 to DD a pint of ice cream. As a custard connoisseur, this tickled my fancy while making solid eye contact. The packages are small, nicely sealed and light and then I turned it over. Holy Chemicals Batman! I mean, this is all standard for the US food industry but when compared to a Peak Refuel Cobbler, the ingredients list is about half of this one. The package contents are a light powder...be careful when handling and a packet of crumbly topping. I used a glass prep bowl and a fork to whisk briskly for 1 minute then popped in the fridge for 10 mins. I couldn't imagine doing it inside the envelope. The consistency was a solid foam structure and after eating half of it, I decided on the flavor profile to be if someone made a dense cool whip that tasted like Nilla wafers. Best I can do. It's unique and tasty and lingered nicely on the tongue with the crunchy topping adding a nice texture. I don't think I'm going to get more of these though. Unless they are giving them away for a great deal on Black Friday, I am going to go cobblers and skip the novelty.

Delicious!
This was surprisingly good! Put it in the fridge for 20 minutes and it was a nice consistency.

Delicious and easy to make
I had my doubts at first about this product, after all creme brulee is usually served hot with a flaming torch burning the top to boot. Upon opening the bag, it was all powder. Once water was added, the consistency and texture sort of resembled pudding. While mixing make sure to use your spoon, fork, etc to make sure you get down in the corners and bottom of the bag. Now needless to say adding water, mixing and letting this sit as per the directions, did not feel very creme a la creme for making creme brulee. I originally was only going to have half the bag (one serving) and WELL let me tell you, once the allotted time passed and I opened up the bag to eat, I ate the whole bag in one go. It was DELICIOUS!!! Even the sugar pieces tasted like the torches top of a creme brulee one would have in a restaurant. I am very impressed with how good the taste is. All in all for quality, ease of making and the taste I give you 5/5. I highly recommend trying this.
