It works, but the seller should be honest and update the photos. Customers deserve to know exactly what they’re buying."

I don’t like to write bad reviews but, for this one, official disappointment. The product I received looked downgraded and it didn’t have the remote or all the parts to complete the basic function. I waited for weeks to return it but the receptors say they can’t accept it because I don’t have all the parts, which is ridiculous, because I didn’t get all in the first place🤦🏽‍♂️. The return and refund didn’t work out, so this is why I’m warning you all.

Very disappointed with the purchase. Who ever did take the photos for the purpose of sales, it did a great job. What you get is something completely different and it looks like some parts are missing. The holder for a phone (not the same as on the photos) cant really hold phones (samsung 22, 23, 24). You get all parts without the instructions. Every part looks like is going to collapse any moment. Very poor quality.

The tripod is not the same as what was in the photo. There was no wireless remote. There are not instructions or directions for assembly. Parts are missing. I am very disappointed

明るくて動画とるのにもってこいです！ 大きさもちょうど良いサイズなので持ち運びに便利だと思いました^^ 三脚しっかりしていて、いつも特に携帯で撮る時は百均などで売っている小さい三脚やセルカ棒を使っていたので、レベル違いすぎて感動しました！折りたたむと小さいのに全部伸ばすとすごい大きくなるのでめちゃくちゃ便利です！ スマホ以外に一眼レフもつけれるので三脚のみで持っていったりしてみようとおもいます！ 買って良かったです！！

I bought this product because for the longest time I was using my Logitech webcam, however as time passed the footage wasn't as clear. My friend suggested the idea of using my phone for my videos because of the amazing 4k quality. I invested in this Tripod because there were over 20000 reviews. At first I thought the price was high for a tripod but once I received the product I realized it was more than worth for that price. This wasn't your average tripod, this tripod comes with a ring light attachment . Also it comes with a small bluetooth remote which I believe controls the video settings (stop and play). I could be wrong because I only used it once and that's what happened. There is also another attachment you can use for your phone if you don't want to use the ring light. Now for the meaning of my head line, the circular attachment with the back light is made for standard phones (non plus, pro max phones). I have an iPhone 11 Pro max and the tripod couldn't handle the weight of my phone and the attachment kept falling over. I even took off my case because I thought my case contributed significantly to the weight. However that did not matter I was having the same issue. I solved my problem by making sure everything on the attachment and tripod was secured tight. After that step I was fine and my phone was secure. Please bare in mind if you do have a big phone like me you will have to play around with the tripod to make sure everything is secure. Over all this is an amazing Tripod and I recommend this product, just a little patience is needed if you own large phone. I would have given this product 5 stars if I didn't struggle to get my phone to securely fit. It's Been almost 6 months and this Tripod is working great, I decided to give it 5 stars because all my videos are coming out in crisp clear quality.

Maybe its me not understanding the instructions but I cannot work out how to get the phone holder in the centre of the ring light - seems to be missing something to do this job. Other than that, it functions well and good for now. Can certainly get equivalent alternatives at lower price
