Is this reef-safe and biodegradable? i'm going to turks & caicos and hawaiia and they prefer if not require sunscreens to be reef safe/biodegradable.

Contrary to what the other person said, mineral based sunscreens (like this one) are reef safe. The chemical based sunscreens are not.

What percentage of zinc oxide does this product have?

Looking at the Elta MD website, EltaMD UV Active does NOT have Octinoxate. Other writer may be reading ingredients for EltaMD UV Sport.

Great to mix with tinted sunscreens

Great sunscreen. Love the white cast, I mix it with my tinted sunscreen to make the shade lighter/less pigmented + that way I can use more sunscreen on my face 😀It holds up with my makeup and active lifestyle all day pretty well, I just make sure to use good amount of powder and setting spray on top of it
