It’s pretty sticky. I only use a minuscule amount to cover the grey on my temples. I am just guessing but unless you have short spikey hair l would think not. Also it is very black and a warning on the jar not to get sweaty or it will run. Good luck

Does this actually make your hair black in color?

It does give a tiny of black. Perfect to hide those annoying grey hairs. One of the cons about it is that if you lay your head on your couch for example, it will leave a light stain. It will come out, but a little downfall of it.
