Very good book for toddlers

This is a great book that every child should have the opportunity to hear and read. Younger children will need someone older to read it and explain the plot, but then enjoying books with a loving adult who takes the time to read to them is what forms the love of reading anyway so that's ok. The illustrations are simple, and the predictable text that goes along with the illustrations makes it a good book for emerging readers to enjoy. It also teaches some positional vocabulary and is entertaining . . . although I can't help feeling just a little bit sorry for the fox at the end. ;-)

This is such a lovely classic book! I’ve used this for teaching nursery - year 1. It’s great for positional language with younger children and great for writing recounts with older ones. Children find this book really funny and really enjoy reading it over and over again. My son loves this book and thinks that the fox is hilarious!

Molto semplice con poche parole. È bello perché il piccolo può provare ad indovinare cosa succede al volpe (pagine senza parole). Meglio per un bambino di almeno 2-3 anni è non per i più piccoli.

図書館で借りたら、子供がとても気に入ったので 英語版で購入。 簡単な本で、子供自信が気に入った本から英語に 親しんで貰えたらな・・・と思います。
