I have some buldging disc in my lower bac and they pinch my nerves at least once a year.About 7 months ago my back went out and after I healed up I still would feel a little tingle in my left lower back and I was always worried about my back being on the verge of going out.Over Thanksgiving my back went out again and the whole week I was having issues walking.I ordered this thinking I would just try it.i layed on it for about 5 minutes and when I got up I felt noticeably better.after about a hour I started to feel the pain slowly coming back.I did it another 5 minutes before I went to bed.Again felt much better.When I got out of bed the next morning I felt like I had a new back I could not believe it.I have used this for 1 week now,five minutes when I get out of bed,and the same when I go to bed.My back has not felt this good in years.Im not saying it will fix every back issue,it solved mine and its the best $20 bucks I spent in a long time.It is uncomfortable,but its stretching your back,its doing its job.I definitely would say its worth trying if you have back issues,depending on how major they are,obviously if you have had surgery you may want to check with your doctor.

Bought 2 of these, gifted 1 to my friend.She only opened her parcel a few weeks after it was delivered to her home, as she was at her parents house taking care of them. Unfortunately, her item was broken. Despite the long time lapse I tried writing to the seller with pictures, and they very kindly acknowledged my issue, and are generously going to replace the broken item. I'm anticipating the delivery so I can finally gift a good product to my friend. I myself really love it and use it for about 10 minutes every other night. It helps to "open up" my back, especially after the whole day sitting in front of a computer with a hunched posture.
