How do you do corners?

hello. please look here-https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArcLuaVzHJvlg9RR-535MydCCskWRA?e=PC4y2k have a nice day Ron from Shock Tape

Is this an electric plug in?

Yes, it is electrical plug in system.

Will this work to keep squirrles from running along the top of my wood privacy fence?

I would think so, but why would you not like cute little squirrels?

If it is set up in a location where a child or pet could touch it, would they get a shock or are the volts low enough to make it safe?

It's recommended to keep children and pets away from it. It doesn't harm but it might be a bit painful.
