Brilliant little things. Stops IBS symptoms quickly and good for digestion.

Small, easy to swallow and taste ok. Seem to be working ok.

I take one of these before my first meal of the day and it seems to keep trapped wind away. I also take one enteric coated peppermint oil capsule (Colpermin) before my last meal of the day. The combination of the 2 works better than taking 2 or 3 Colpermin capsules and costs a lot less.

Great product

My wife started taking peppermint oil after a c section, to help with gas pains. I thought these would be a good alternative to the liquid. They are well packaged with blister packs being encased in a slender card box. They don't take up much room and are easy to store. The capsules themselves are quite small, with a slight scent of peppermint. They are easy to swallow. You get 180 capsules so enough for approximately 6 months. The only downside she has found is that they give her acid reflux after taking. This doesn't happen with the liquid oil so it may be the double strength formula that causes it. This has unfortunately put her off taking them again.

This was an expensive mistake. I ordered them to replace the tablets I had brought last year, thinking they would be similar. I was running out and had found the pepper mint oil capsules I had been taking in conjunction with a probiotic had aided my digestion helped me keep a lid on my acid reflux symptoms. I've tried with these for three weeks, but gave up after I was sick. They don't seem to sit in your stomach comfortably. Instead of the tasteless and pleasant experience I had with my previous tablets, they feel like they sit at the top of my stomach, almost behind my ribs and give me an unpleasant mint flavour to every breath and mouthful of food I take. They have made me feel nauseous and resulted in me not sleeping and generally feeling out of sorts. Stopped taking them, changed nothing else and now feeling much better, so in my opinion can only be the fault of the pills.

Peppermint Oil is excellent for calming the stomach and helps to relieve a bloated feeling. I use it to calm a mild attack of IBS and as it is an all natural product and distilled from the whole plant the quality is excellent and has the highest purity. Each 100mg capsule is sealed within a blister pack for freshness and as a health supplement I can happily recommend it.

I had Terrible gas pains after surgery so bought these in hopes of helping. The positives are they are small, easy to take and the value for money is good as you do get a lot of tablets. However, they do repeat on you and I’m not sure they helped. It felt like I should be taking more but I stuck to one a day.
