I use it in my green rotating composter and it is working well

It is a powder. It definitely accelerated the composting process for me.

How long will the bottle last? Any directions available that I could read?

Lasted me about a month. Directions state to apply some every time you add a layer of compost.

Will this harm/kill any worms?

I think it does. i had the compost pile full of worms now i don't see all that many.
