Homeopathic Calm Drops - 30 Lozenges

I love these homeopathic calming drops. I take a couple before bed to help me wind down from the day. They help shut off all the “thoughts” that penetrate my brain and keep me awake. They also taste good. I’ve been using them for years and highly recommend them.

I use these to help me fall asleep or fall back to sleep if I wake up in the night. Especially After waking up a few times after hot flashes , it's hard to fall back to sleep. I do not use them during the day so I can't comment regarding their calming effect. they I have a pleasant mild taste. I use them like a losenger or chew and swallow them. Holistic sleep aides could contain valerian root which makes me feel strange accompanied by weird dreams so I find that this little tablet does the trick. I don't find the effects to be very obvious a much as it just helps me fall asleep. I don't feel groggy in the morning either. I've been using this product for years.

My daughter and I have used these calming drops for years and they work great! They have a great taste! Highly recommend for those stressful times when you need a little extra help!

I've had these on hand for years for times of high stress or anxiety. Recently, our daughter (3) has had trouble coping with different changes and will throw massive tantrums where we cannot calm her for hours. One night at 3 AM, when nothing was calming her, on a whim I decided to give her a Calm Drop. We called it a candy and within 10 minutes she had calmed down to just regular crying and wanted to be held. Within 20 minutes, she was fast asleep. Now, when she is feeling out of control and about to explode, she asks for a "candy" because she knows they help her regulate. Also great for general anxiety from tests and deadlines. Note: we almost exclusively use homeopathy for everything so we felt completely comfortable giving this relatively low dose of remedies to her.
