how long will the heat provided by the pad last, and how high the temperature the activated pad can produce?

I usually fall asleep with it on but I’d say it’s still slightly warm after about 15 - 20 minutes. But I have no idea how you’d go about measuring the exact temperature. It’s comfortable to have on your closed eyelids.

can I use these with my contacts in?

No. Because these are warming they will not be good for the contacts and that will not be good for your eyes

will the eyegenie help with the burning of your eyes i sometimes wake up with a burning sensation in my eyes and it really bugs me
