What brand laminating pouches can you use with this brand laminator?

I have used several different brands of 3 ml pouches with it.

Will this laminwtor work on 11x 17" art?

NO! Its entry-slot is only 9" wide.

Will it laminate a vanilla folder? Also is it durable? Meaning will it with stand being bent or chewed on? I work in a school and make pieces for matc

I don't think it will do the folder as the biggest size it accommodates is 8.5 inches, but I use pretty thick laminating sheets that are durable.
