Is this suitable for Diesel engines ?

According to bg group it is NOT suitable for diesel..Diesel has its own bg product and is not 44k

Does it come with a funnel?

No, it is very much like a soft drink can. I own an MX-5 which has the fuel cap on the nearside/left rear wing. As such it can be poured straight into the fuel tank. If you have anything other than this you will need a specialist hose attachment. If you pour carefully, you should be able to use the plastic hose that comes with 5 litre fuel cans. Alternatively, you could pre-mix with fuel from the 5 litre can and put it straight in that way.
