These are hands down the BEST, most affordable multi vitamin supplements on the market. My expectations were low because the price was so good. I’m delightfully surprised by the high quality & fast results with these. I’m vegan & pretty health conscious about nutrition. I just wanted to round out my health a little more. Whoa did I get way more than I bargained for. After two weeks of these, my energy is unbelievable. My skin glows. My thinking is clearer. After a month, I noticed my hair growing in even glossier and much faster than before. I LOvE that these are designed for Vegans & are affordable. I’m hooked for life! The only downside for some may be the large football size of the pills. I have no problem swallowing them. If you’re not a big pill person—-No worries ! They are flavorless and easily crushed into your favorite beverage if need be. Highly recommend !

These are the best vitamins geared towards vegans / those with plant-based lifestyles. You can tell because they emphasize the vitamins that are more difficult to get on a plant-based diet. Very easy on my stomach and easy to swallow. Amazing company and product. I think the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

My nails aren't as brittle, I have more energy, I feel more awake, it doesn't upset my stomach, they're pretty big so if you have trouble swallowing pills this might not be for you. It's a great supply so I don't have to worry about running out every month. It doesn't have a bad aftertaste to it. Again, they are big pills. To me, it's worth it. I stopped taking them for a month and really felt a difference to see how much they were helping me. I'm leaving four stars only because I know a lot of people have trouble swallowing large pills, even though I don't.

I absolutely love Vegan Vitality! I consider it user-friendly compared to other products I have tried. You only have to take one tablet per day and the tablets are a good size and easy to swallow. I also appreciate the fact that there is no after-taste or odor to each tablet. Compared to other products, the pricing is reasonable. I have purchased Vegan Vitality for a couple years now and I believe I have an increased energy level and seem more focused!

Great Vegan mulit-vitamins. I’ve been vegan for 10-years now and never the big vitamin taker because I seem to forget to take them, ha. So, you know it’s good one if and when you don’t take vitamins for a few days and immediately notice a stark difference in energy and alertness. Whoa, now it’s become a nightly ritual just so I can wake up feeling decent in the morning. Originally began to take these because of blistering that would appear in my mouth after consuming small amounts of fruit. After much research and confirmation from my Dr and blood work - I was super low in vitamin B, D, iron and other numbers were off as well. Because of how low I was told to consume a heavy dose of three different vitamins to help boost levels up. After reading the reviews I purchased this product and within 2 days my blisters were gone. I also noticed that over all my healing for simple scrapes or small hormonal pimples would clear up quick. My painful period cramps subsided AND my hormonal headaches would either not appear or would not last as long or feel as bad. So yes! Great vegan multi vitamin at such an amazing price! Cheaper than a Dr. Visit for sure.

A fellow vegan friend recommended these vitamins to me, and I've been taking them for years. A vegan diet can make it difficult to receive your daily nutrients, but these really make a difference! I definitely feel more energized, and my iron levels, in particular, are back in a good range.

Ich nutze sie schon ein paar Jahre und täglich und merke definitiv einen Unterschied in meinem Wohlbefinden wenn ich sie mal für länger als 1 Woche nicht nehme. Für mich ist die Größe kein Problem, kann mir aber vorstellen das manche Menschen Schwierigkeiten mit dem schlucken haben. Sie ist teilbar und löst sich nicht im Mund auf wenn man sie nicht sofort schluckt.

Je suis très satisfaite de la B12 de Vegan Vitality. Étant végétarienne depuis plus de 10 ans, j'en prends tous les jours. Au début je prenais la plus connue, la Veg1. Mais cette fois, je voulais en essayer une autre. Celle de Vegan Vitality apporte en plus des vitamine A, C et K et plusieurs minéraux qui ne sont pas dans la Veg1. La livraison était rapide et l'emballage était parfait. Je repasserai une commande mais j’alternerai entre Veg1 et Vegan Vitality. Chaque marque a des avantages et je pense que c'est mieux d'alterner.
