Treadmill sent back defective. Amazon won't refund ifit membership. Don't recommend.

updates are released prematurely with limited functionality. since the most recent update I can no longer connect any of my fitbit smart watches to my equipment.

I renewed my membership twice but I’m selling my treadmill because iFIT pro membership is ridiculous. I am one person. Why would I have to buy a family pro membership? It’s unfair and they will lose a lot of business this way!

This new model of membership is not very fair to people who owns equipment with screens. Single users are forced to buy this particular subscription if you want to use your equipment. No lower tier/ individual plans anymore. Really poor service.

Bought a very expensive piece of Norditrack/iFit exercise equipment. The equipment itself has its own problems, but the iFit membership is worthy of its own review. First, you can barely use your machine without it. You can run on a generic, graphic "track" (a 1980s graphic of an oval) but even then, before and after each work-out, you get an advertisement to "upgrade". The iFit exercise videos themselves are hit and miss, often with an overly zealous trainers talking too much while obliviously walking over the flowers and across the statues of the foreign country landmarks. So just go for a jog or ride without the trainer? Nope, not an option. You're stuck with a trainer blocking your view for a vast majority of your workout -- there's no way to actually go on a quiet jog by yourself. Finally (not really finally, there's alot more), but be forewarned that iFit has done so not-so-honest juggling of membership plans, so the lower priced membership (~$15/mo or ~$140 year) doesn't even allow you to use the videos -- back to that 1980s-graphics oval for you! Now you gotta pay for the MORE expensive membership if you want videos... on the machine you purchased. with that HD screen... but alas, not without paying ever-increasing monthly or yearly fees. Avoid companies that hold your own equipment random. Look elsewhere.

Beware ordering this membership through Amazon! I previously had the monthly train membership and wanted to upgrade to the annual pro membership so my husband could also use it. I ordered this and it would not allow me to activate it. Customer service told me that it was a glitch and that they would refund me so I could reorder. I was hesitant to reorder but they assured me it would work the second time. I reordered the membership and once again it wouldn't allow me to activate. Customer service then tells me that my order never went through even though I had an order confirmation. A few days later (after I had ordered elsewhere) I noticed I now had $800 worth of charges from Amazon for this membership that never worked. I contacted Customer service yet again and they told me that digital items are non refundable! They did finally agree to "make an exception" and refund my money for these memberships that were not able to be activated. Customer service was extremely rude and I even had one agent hang up on me during a phone call. Do not order this through Amazon!

Super expensive for what you get. I have the treadmill but can not use it without the Pro version. $400 for the pro version. I will just use it with the build in track and forget about IFit. When the treadmill breaks, I will never buy one with Ifit attached to it.

It says "available now" but it does not give me the option to add to my cart. Don't get us all excited and then turn us down when it comes time to redeem offer !!!
