Can’t work out how to change blade ( silly me) brilliant product by the way

There is a video on the main selling page which shows how to change the blades. The blade just slips in behind the little lugs on the back.

Would this work on self adhesive hooks to get them off the walls? Please help

Not something it's actually designed for but there is a little tab in the middle "not seen in photo on the back" If that busts then it will not work and you will have to throw it away, why not try a metal version, that you would use to take wallpaper off the walls.

Can this be used to scrape ice off cars?

Windscreen I’d say yes. Paintwork you have to be very careful. I used it to carefully remove bird poo from paint work. Although be advised it is only the size of a Stanley blade so they’re faster ways to remove ice.
