Tonus Elast Suspensory Scrotal Support - Large

First day wearing this scrotal support "hammock" if you will. Long story short, I recently had a vasectomy with small complications shortly after which has led to a longer then wanted "recovery" process. After doing some diving into an item that could hopefully help support the boys as I continued on with life ( I have a 1 year old, and could only rest for a few days after my trip to the butcher shop) I came across this. Over the last few weeks I have tried several brands of jock straps, briefs, boxer briefs and none of which provided me with the support I guess my boys downtown needed. Everything was scrunched up causing horrible end of day soreness. The Tonus allows the driveshaft if you will to hang freely, avoiding the uncomfortable compression down on the boys downtown when wearing briefs, jocks or boxer briefs. Honestly after day 1 im impressed, and think hopefully this item will allow me to get back 100% to myself post vasectomy. Even after day 1, I HIGHLY recommend this item for someone who is struggling with post vasectomy soreness and has tried numerous other undergarments. There's a adjustable strap that allows for adjustment, and honestly once I found the right amount "dangle", my ongoing soreness that would ache every few minutes started to subside. This is absolutely outstanding and extremely comfortable. I just had an inguinal hernia repair 2 days ago and they gave me a jockstrap to wear for 2 weeks at all times except for the obvious ones (shower, going to bathroom). The jockstrap was so uncomfortable, chaffing me between the legs and also squeezing my abdomen across part of the area which was just operated on. It was very painful to wear. I found this alternative last night, just got it and its PERFECT. Nothing between the legs and cradles the testes perfectly. The goal of the jockstrap was to keep the testes lifted during healing. This things does exactly that but better. It even has a port on the top to allow you to pee without taking it off. Very nice job whoever designed it. I barely know I'm wearing it. Thank you so much, now I can make it through the next 3 weeks in comfort.

Provides zero support unless your scrotum is hanging below your knees. If that is your problem this is the product for you but I would also recommend you seek medical treatment. No help for post hernia surgery.

Works OK but it's still not perfect. Support takes a bit getting used to but does work pretty well. Mine were pretty large so this thing did quite help out a bit. Your package just tucks into the pouch on this thing so you'll need to adjust pretty often. Sorta comfortable but still find myself adjusting myself quite a bit.

I gave this product 4 stars because there's not much material to it, so it does seem excessively priced. Wearing it under my underwear, I can now sit and walk around without experiencing pain. The belts only worked until my hernia moved down and turned into a scrotal hernia. I read the Sizes in the description, went with the Softball size and it seems to be accurate. I recommend this to any man with a scrotal hernia.

OK, so I know this is technically advertise for hernias. However, since I’ve hit my 40s and grandpa never tells you this, but yes fellow the boys do tend to get heavy and drop more and more each year. We always hear the ladies talking about the girls grouping and dropping and heading south but yes, our boys do too. For me the biggest issue is I feel like I need them to be supported and away from my thighs so they don’t get overheated and sweaty and disgusting. So yes, I guess what I’m describing as some sort of bra for the boys. Keeps them supported better than my underwear pouches. Definitely much better than a pair of boxers. And keeping everything in place keeps them cooler and fresher for your comfort and pleasure. For me, summer is no longer a nightmare that it used to be. Sorry for the graphic honesty, but just wanted to share.

Company has given defective items. I am trying to replace it from last two days. System connect to replacement, it shows replacement not available. After that once I apply for refund Amazon software shows error. This firts exeperince of Amazon customer care services. Amazon app has deactivated the facility to call and speak with customer care.

yes it does help for Hydrocel but could be better with an adjustment to lift the bag , but it still works great . Used for 2 weeks now and still top shape . Waiting for operation still but gives me comfort much better than not having one . I recommend, yes .

good product elastic too good but sporting cup just good

I found the selection of size difficult. They refer to golf ball,pool balls and tennis balls. I mean who had balls the size of tennis balls? So I selected pool balls and I think the size is too small. Perhaps they are referring to the size of the whole scrotum. I don’t know.
