Waterdrop TSA 8 Layer Under Sink Water Filter System, NSF/ANSI 42 Certified

I searched for months for a really effective water filter to easily install, is not too expensive and doesn’t take up much space and doesn’t require me be to drill through counter or sink . This is a very good filter, only takes up space under the sink, was/is affordable. It wasn’t SUPER easy to install like the video or instruction suggests. But the main challenge is that the drain pipe and garbage disposal are in the way so it is physically difficult to get it in there, and properly connected.. imagine everyone’s under the sink set up might be different…so how easy it will be depends how how much space you have. I have a plumber in the family that installed it for me and he talked me through how to change the filter when it was time. I don’t have a natural talent for house repairs but with his guidance I can do it now.. other people might not be as challenged as I was. No leakage. No extra faucet….when turned to all the way cold it’s the filtered water. Tastes, smells and feels great. I wash my face at night in the kitchen sink because the final rinse with filtered water is noticeably cleaner and refreshing.

Super easy set up and the water actually taste great. Kinda wish there was a tad bit more water flow, but that comes with the territory of a triple filtered water system.

Overall, I’m very happy with this three-stage under‑sink water filter. Installation was straightforward and didn’t require anything out of the ordinary, although the included input and output pipes were a bit long for my under‑sink space. It would be great if there were an option to choose shorter pipes for tighter cabinets. That said, the filtration performance is excellent—the difference in taste is immediately noticeable, and it’s made Texas tap water genuinely pleasant to drink. Great filtration quality and value overall, with just a small improvement opportunity on fit flexibility.

This project took about 15 minutes to install and the install went flawlessly and the end game was absolutely amazing. My city water that tastes like a community swimming pool now tastes like nothing which is absolutely awesome and I would definitely recommend this product to other people. Very satisfied customer. I purchased this unit in 2023 and have loved how it improved the taste of our municipal water and how easy it is to maintain. For some reason, our unit developed a problem a few weeks ago and our cold water would stop in mid-stream. After going through several trouble-shooting steps that did not correct the problem, Becky, our customer service rep through Waterdrop, authorized shipment of a new unit and new replacement filters with just a small service fee. I installed this system around the middle of May, and initially it worked perfectly. The installation was straightforward, and I was very happy with the product. Unfortunately, less than two months later, the cold water flow stopped completely. There was absolutely no water coming through the system. I contacted customer support and followed every troubleshooting step they provided. Nothing solved the issue. They then sent me a brand-new PP filter, believing that might be the problem. I installed the new filter exactly as instructed, but the result was the same—zero water flow. After reporting that the replacement filter did not fix the issue, customer service wanted me to record videos and continue sending them back and forth through email before they would provide any further assistance. At this point, I don't believe customers should have to jump through so many hoops to resolve what appears to be a defective product. The installation is very simple, so it's not a matter of incorrect installation. A system that goes from working perfectly to having no water flow in less than two months clearly has a reliability issue. While customer service did respond, the resolution process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unnecessarily complicated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this filtration system.

Ottimo prodotto, facilissimo da montare sotto il lavello. Viene sacrificata un po' di pressione, ma il risultato è buono. Acqua filtrata con deciso miglioramente del sapore e della durezza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo a mio avviso molto alto, con ca 130eur un sistema di filtrazione dell'acqua semplicissimo da montare (5/10 minuti) e dall'ottimo risultato.
