Outstanding Service and Beautiful Arbor
I had a great experience with this seller! I purchased an arbor through Amazon from a third party vendor, and although I ran into an issue after receiving it, their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, were very helpful, and resolved the problem without any hassle. The arbor itself is beautiful, sturdy, and exactly what I was hoping for, especially for such a great price. It is refreshing to find a seller who truly stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. I would definitely recommend both the product and this seller to anyone looking for quality and excellent service!

Need two people to put together
I am really pleased with this arbor, especially for the price! I did think I was going to casually put it together myself one afternoon, but that was laughable! It is very awkward and wobbly as you are assembling it, so I did need help to keep it steady in order to finish assembly. Which brings me to the instructions: they are suuuuper tiny and it's so hard to see what they are referencing. It all overlaps and there are little part-letters everywhere so it's a matter of deduction, really. The horrible instructions are the only reason I took a star off the rating. Other than that, once up, it looks really nice and seems very sturdy. It has already withstood several high wind days. My climbing plants are loving it and they look so pretty. Not to mention the birds! They adore having this new perch in the middle of the yard! Overall, I highly recommend!

Great value, easy to assemble, but light weight.
I'm giving 5 stars for its price and the ease of assembly. It didn't work out for my intended use, I think I heard the wisteria laughing at me as I put it together! That said, for light weight duties like a wedding arch, or light vining plants this thing is perfect. It's also fairly sturdy considering its light weight materials, just not sturdy for something like my beast of a wisteria plant.

Clean lines
This is not a super heavy-duty trellis but it's not wimpy either. Long-term, I'd think it best for annual vines (morning glories, flowering beans (scarlet runner, hyacinth), moonflower, black-eyed susan vine, etc.), a well-mannered rose, and even some veggies (cucumbers, yardlong beans, etc.) and other relatively lightweight perennial vines like clematis, I would not use it for something like wisteria or a big rambling rose--both would overwhelm this arch's relatively petite frame after a year or two, I would expect. I will add a couple stakes/zip ties for added support out of caution, but I don't expect it to tip over or be blown down by wind. If it ever seems unsteady, will add a cross beam across the back to stabilize side to side sway. Assembly was relatively straight-forward, about 30-35 minutes total? All parts included (plus an extra screw), all holes aligned. I assembled the long top panel first, then attached that panel to the top side panels (which I leaned on the bottom side panels, which were temporarily "installed" to prop up the top side panels). At this point I had to undo some screws to add the curvy supports but that didn't take too much time/effort. I then turned the completed top section upside down and attached the lower panels that have the in-ground stakes. And done! Getting the assembled trellis to the upright position was not difficult as it is not very heavy. It's exactly as it appears and as described so if that's what you need, go for it!

For a great look, with little work and at a good price!
This was a great buy for us, easy to assemble, sturdy, works well with shade and support and was lightweight enough for me and my wife to set up. We did add to the top so we could increase the shade over our mini pond and the combined effect works great! The price was very reasonable, the metal was coated and patterns look very nice. Overall, it was a great buy!

Bad instructions and missing bolt holes
Ordered two of these for use in our garden. The amount by of protective packaging in the box is quite extensive. It did its job and the items arrived in good condition, but it’s a LOT of waste to dispose of. The first one came with the instruction sheet, which is wrong. It shows the wrong bolts going into the top of the side pieces. So not use the J bolts for this or you won’t have enough. The second one came with out instructions at all, so I’m glad I opened them in the order I did. Next, the first one came with some of the bolt holes not fully punched out. Good thing I had the tools available to make some holes. Annoying to say the least. Overall these are quite flimsy. I wasn’t expecting much though. They will do fine for their intended use in the garden but don’t expect them to be some show piece that will make your front walkway look pretty.
