Please, is this vitamin methylated b complex?

I take Vitamin B for health reasons. specially, B12 and B3. I gave these vitamins a try, and to be honest with you, they did nothing for me. I ended up having to have a course of B12 injections. Also B3 which helps prevent insect bites, for the fist time in yrs I was covered in bites. I do not know what is in these pills. All I can do is to tell you that I do not recommend them. But if your going for bright yellow urine. These will do the job.
