It is a little too early to say how these vitamins are working, or not, but I was surprised at the size of the bottle and the size of the tablets. The tablets are so small and easy to swallow. I am also hoping these vitamins will boost my energy levels and I 'think' they might be. I also like the thought that they are too last for 365 days, makes a big difference! I feel happy with this product! I feel that they may do me some good! We shall see!!!
