can use on wood bowls?

They did not work well on anything I tried using them on, metal or wood . They seem like a good idea. Maybe try another manufacturer.

What is the max rpm that pad can handle?

Most die grinders spin at 20,000 rpm which is around what mine spins at and they are fine at that speed.

They come in different colors, and I honestly couldn't tell what grit they were. They didn't work worth a damn, on wood or metal. I bought some 3M brand to use on the holder and they worked much better. Don't waste your money on these.

Can't really say if it works well because it wouldn't fit a standard 6mm collet on a Milwaukee M12 die grinder. Not as described

Nice to use

Used for cleaning up faces on machined parts before reassembled. Quite capable of rubbing cast steel away if wrong abrasion is used or pressed on too hard. Beats using either sand paper or a scraper.
