Does not slip. We had other mats that slipped. This mat holds everything you put on it. A little small, yet it holds a cup and a plate, and gives the user confidence that they can cut meat or any other substance without slippage. Love it.

This is very helpful for my special needs son to use under his plates when he eats. Does a great job keeping his plate from sliding around.

This works great! I wish it would have been bigger. I may have to buy several more to cover my grandmas tray.

Fair price and comparable to dycem

I use this to keep my phone and charger on a table top in a moving vehicle. It works. I'd also use this, for example, on a nightstand, to avoid knocking these off. If you get lint on it, it's easy to clean with a little soap and water. It's nice and neat looking. I'm pleased.

Got this to help open things after my shoulder surgery. Do not feel grip is great. My Dycem mat seems to have a stronger grip.

needed something to fit a specific space (small area) for hubs coffee mug and coffee press at his work desk from home. This works super. Perfect depth, keeps the wood desk top protected and the mug stays in place which is very helpful because cats! Only wish it came in other colors than the super bright blue.

This is false advertisement. I looked through the photos before I purchased and it's the size of a high chair tray. It definitely is not the size of a regular placemat.
